Domaine de l’Europe will offer 99 apartments spread across five buildings, all named after a capital city: Berlin, Brussels, Paris, Rome and Amsterdam. It will also be composed with 3 commercial units of between 50 m² to 150 m².
This contest won by BPI was organized by the Fond du Kirchberg in order to satisfy the need of residential units at moderate cost.
The “Domaine de l’Europe” estate will be built at the heart of the Kiem quarter. This high-quality development comprising 5 residential blocks laid out around a fully landscaped green space was completed in 2018. 2 commercial units are still available-for-sale.
